Terms & Conditions
These terms describe how Torzon is intended to be used, what the platform provides, and which responsibilities remain with users and vendors.
1. General
Torzon is a privacy-focused darknet marketplace accessible only via Tor and v3 onion services.
By accessing or using Torzon, you acknowledge that you understand the basic risks of darknet usage, cryptocurrency transactions and online trade. You agree to use the platform at your own risk and to follow your local laws and regulations.
Nothing on Torzon should be interpreted as legal, financial or security advice. You are responsible for evaluating risks and consequences of your own actions.
2. Access Requirements
Torzon is designed to be used exclusively through Tor Browser and official onion links.
You must access Torzon only via supported Tor software and official v3 onion addresses. Use of proxies, clearnet gateways, or unofficial mirrors significantly weakens your security and may expose you to phishing, surveillance or account theft.
The platform may restrict or block access in response to abuse, automated attacks, or other activities that threaten the stability and security of the service.
3. Accounts & Authentication
Account access is based on PGP keys, optional 2FA and pseudonymous identities.
You are responsible for securely generating, storing and backing up your PGP keys, 2FA secrets and any other authentication material. Loss of keys or secrets may result in permanent loss of access to your account and funds.
You must not share your PGP keys, seed phrases, TOTP secrets or session tokens with other parties. The platform cannot restore access to accounts for which cryptographic material has been lost or compromised.
4. Role of the Marketplace
Torzon provides infrastructure for buyers and vendors to interact, but does not control or endorse individual listings.
Listings, descriptions, pricing and claims are created by independent vendors. Torzon does not guarantee the accuracy, legality or quality of any products or services offered through the platform.
Disputes between buyers and vendors are handled through the internal dispute and escrow system, but final responsibility for choices and transactions lies with the participating parties.
5. Escrow & Payments
Escrow and payment flows are based on cryptocurrency and may involve multisignature wallets.
When you use Torzon’s escrow or multisig features, you accept the inherent risks of cryptocurrency networks: volatility, fees, network delays and potential protocol changes. Confirm all details carefully before sending funds.
Once a transaction is finalized or funds are released from escrow, it may not be technically possible to reverse the operation. Always verify vendor reputation, shipping terms and dispute policy before confirming orders.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your own OPSEC, legal compliance and risk management.
You must not use Torzon in jurisdictions or for purposes where such use would violate applicable law. The platform cannot assess the legality of your activity in your country or region.
You are expected to handle your devices, browsers, wallets and communication channels securely. Torzon cannot protect you from malware, keyloggers, phishing or operational mistakes outside the platform.
7. Vendor Obligations
Vendors are expected to respect platform rules, deliver as described, and maintain honest communication.
Vendors are responsible for the content of their listings, accurate description of products or services, proper packaging, and timely communication with buyers. Misrepresentation, fraud or repeated disputes may result in delisting, account removal, and loss of vendor bond.
Vendors must also handle their own OPSEC and legal exposure. Torzon does not provide legal protection, tax handling, or compliance services for vendors.
8. Limitation of Liability
Torzon is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
There is no guarantee of uninterrupted availability, specific uptime, or successful delivery of any given order. Network outages, attacks, technical issues or external factors can impact accessibility and performance.
To the maximum extent technically and practically possible, the platform disclaims responsibility for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Torzon, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, reputation or opportunities.
9. Changes to the Platform
Features, fees and policies may evolve over time.
Torzon may add, modify or remove features, adjust fee structures, introduce new security requirements or update policies without prior personal notice. Significant changes can be announced through news or update sections inside the marketplace.
Continued use of the platform after such changes means you understand and accept the updated behavior and conditions.
10. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated as the environment, threats and platform features change.
The text of these Terms & Conditions can be revised to reflect new technical realities, improved security practices or operational changes. You are encouraged to review this page periodically, especially after major platform announcements.
If you do not agree with the current version of these terms, you should stop using Torzon and avoid further interaction with the marketplace.
